As a manager I would like the ability to assign team members to different aspects of the obeya board so that everyone knows who is responsible or can be considered a subject matter expert on each lane, section, or piece of evidence

Example scenario:
As a manager, I see that the build evidence is in Red. I see that Amy is the owner for this piece of evidence (with Bob listed as well). I now know who to contact to in an attempt to get this evidence to green

Example scenario:
As a manager I want to assign the updating of lanes, sections, and evidence flags to different people on my team. It will be their responsibility to update the flag at the beginning of each work day, at lunch, and at the end of the day based on the agreed to criteria. I want to be able to assign each object to one or more people on a team (more than one person due to the cross functional nature of the team and also to ensure that someone always sets the evidence even when one person is away).

As a manager I want to know who the subject area expert is for a lane, section, or piece of evidence.
