Why can't I create a Group?

If you are viewing a Board and cannot see the  at the bottom of a lane then you currently do not have the appropriate permissions to add groups to that lane. 

To create a Group you must be the Lane-Leader or a Lane-Editor.

If you do not have the appropriate permissions you will need to contact your Lane-Leader or Board Owner to make you a Lane-Editor.
