Filtering items on a Board
The Tiles and Groups on a board can be filtered, only displaying the those that match the filter criteria.
Clicking on the filter button on the left hand menu will open the filter tab in which you can specify your filter options. You can then choose to filter either Tiles or Groups by clicking on the corresponding heading at the top of the filter tab.
Click the "Clear Filters" button to reset the filter settings and turn the filter off. If you wish to temporarily turn the filter off while keeping the filter parameters set then use the "Enable Filter" toggle switch near the top.
You can filter Tiles by
- Keyword
- Status
- Tag(s)
- Last modified date of the tile itself
- Last modified date of the attached document (this is only available when the board is connected to a SharePoint site. For more info see: SharePoint Integration) *Note: This option is useful to see which documents have been updated lately. For example, since the last meeting.
You can filter Groups by
- Keyword
- Status
When filtering Tiles, only Tiles that match the filter criteria will be displayed along with the group and lane they belong to. Empty Lanes and empty Groups will be hidden.
When filtering Groups, only the Groups that match the filter criteria will be displayed along with the Tiles that are contained in those Groups. Empty Lanes will be hidden.
